The next Canyon Country Advisory Committee Meeting will be held Wednesday, Jan. 16, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Mint Canyon Moose Family Center Banquet Room.
The meeting is open to the public free of charge.
The agenda will include a presentation by, Heads Up Therapy on Horseback, an organization dedicated to providing therapeutic riding for disabled children in Santa Clarita as well as information on Santa Clarita’s Mobile Home Rent Control Ordinance presented by Doug Fraser, Community Housing Association and updates on the Latest Happenings at City Hall Including: Canyon Country Community Center Grand Opening, Personnel changes at City Hall, LACO Stormwater Assessment Protest, Results of the Special City Council Meeting on the Chloride issue and Bridge To Home’s proposal for next year’s Homeless Shelter location.
Food services will be available. Chef Gloria will be preparing Dinner before and during the CCAC meeting. All Dinners are $8, Soft Drinks $1.50.
