Curtis Woods II
Eternal Valley Memorial Park Mortuary, a local Dignity Memorial provider, announced it has named Curtis Woods II as the new general manager. Woods is responsible for the general operations of the business, continuing Eternal Valley’s active participation in the local and business communities, and ensuring that all services are conducted in a manner that exceeds the expectations of Eternal Valley’s families and their friends. Woods replaces Rachel Vargas who was promoted to head a Dignity Memorial location in Houston, Texas.

Woods brings both passion and expertise to Eternal Valley having honed his abilities in operations, management, and business development for seven years. Most recently he was general manager of Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary in Bakersfield, Calif., and prior to that, general manager at Joshua Memorial Park in Lancaster, Calif., where he increased the location’s satisfaction rating by 17%. While there he earned a reputation for his high standards, his ability to motivate and equip his staff with the skills necessary to serve each family’s needs, and his active role in the community.
Woods earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics at California State University, Northridge. He is active in civic and professional organizations throughout the community.
