A silver car registered to Sarah Alarid, 19, of Canyon Country, was discovered by the LASD Aero Bureau Wednesday morning, according to Sheriff’s Department officials.
The car was found in a deep ravine near Sand Canyon Road and the Santa Clara Truck Trail in the Angeles National Forest.
Alarid has been missing since New Year’s Day. Homicide detectives are on scene.
