An inaugural Santa Clarita Valley Marriage and Family Conference, sponsored by the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints on McBean Parkway in Valencia, is scheduled for Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The conference is free and will offer classes in family finance, overcoming addiction, emergency preparedness, internet privacy and caregiving, among other things. Each class is an hour and particpants will be able to attend up to three classes, followed by a keynote address.
