May 2: They'll Be Seeing Red in Old Town Newhall

RED-Slam_postcard_FrontArt SLAM will feature RED activities, installations, and exhibits that use red dyes, red juices, red wine, and red produce to create works of art, on Thursday, May 2, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. in Old Town Newhall.


RED interactive art installations will be on the corner of Lyons and Main Street with several galleries set up in Old Town Newhall businesses. Come out to experience a one night only pop-up sculpture garden, shades of red splatter paint activity, and over 60 pieces of red artwork displayed on a extra-large art wall designed by artists of all ages, styles, and interests.


In conjuction with RED SLAM, the weekly Farmers Market is happening from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Main Street. The Farmers Market is the perfect place to grab fresh, seasonal fruits, produce, and specialty food items.
