Friendly Valley Remembers Armed Services Through Celebration

Hundreds lined the streets of the Friendly Valley and Scenic Hills communities to watch the annual Memorial Day remembrance parade.

Vehicles big and small, long and tall, filed past as onlookers waved flags, blew horns and cheered out for the procession.

Golden Valley High School’s marching band and drumline lead the pack, providing a beat and a rhythm for those to follow.

A fire truck from Los Angeles County Fire Department Station 150 with the assistance of Sheriff’s Deputy Joe Trejo cleared a path for the brigade.
