Realtors from across the Santa Clarita Valley will host a chili cook-off Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Embassy Suites in Valencia to benefit five different local charities.
There will be a cash bar, silent auction, chili tasting, live music , and voting to choose the best chili.
The five recipient charities are: Wounded Warrior Project, Sparks of Love, SCV Youth Project, Domestic Violence Center, and Rescues on the Runway.
Entry fee for the Chili Cook-Off contest is $50.
A $5 minimum donation is asked to enter and taste the chili.
Embassy Suites is located at 28508 Westinghouse Way, in Valencia.
Coordinator Courtney Brayton said, “We’re looking forward to bringing the community and Realtors together for a fun, family community event.”
