May 1: Annual 'State of the County' Luncheon with Antonovich

antonovich_cropThe Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce will host a State of the County luncheon on Wednesday, May 1, at the Hyatt Regency in Valencia.

Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich will address the gathering to give a report on our county’s progress to date and his predictions for the coming year. Antonovich will speak about the state’s current budget problems and its effect on municipal services.

“It takes about 30 minutes and there will be an opportunity for Q and A,” said Terri Crain, CEO of the Santa Clarita Chamber of Commerce. “It’s targeted to business owners and residents who want to know what’s going on in the county and the surrounding Santa Clarita Valley area. We encourage members of the community to attend and get informed,” Crain added.
