Former Hart quarterback and current Miami Dolphin Matt Moore had a good game Sunday night in Miami’s opening pre-season loss to the Dallas Cowboys in the Hall of Fame Game.
Moore was 19-of-29 for 238 yards, a touchdown and an interception. He is currently listed as the No. 2 quarterback for the Dolphins behind Ryan Tannehill.
He is going into his seventh year as an NFL quarterback out of Oregon State. The first four were with the Carolina Panthers and the last three have been with the Dolphins.
Moore has started 25 of the 37 NFL games he has played in, completing 59.1% of his passes for 5,268 yards, 33 touchdowns against 26 interceptions. His career passer rating is 80.5.
His best year was 2011 with the Dolphins when he started 12 games, threw for 2,497 yards and 16 touchdowns.
