The Santa Clarita Valley Senior Center is holding a used vehicle fair this Saturday, July 13, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., as the nonprofit organization replaces vehicles in its Home-Delivered Meals fleet.
The center is selling some of its older HDM vehicles – pickups outfitted with Hotshot food transport compartments – as it phases in more efficient Nissan Cubes to its fleet. The Senior Center delivers about 80,000 meals per year to homebound seniors in the SCV.
The fair will be held at the SCV Senior Center, located at 22900 Market St. in Newhall. For more information, contact Robert Galarza, the center’s director of transportation, at (661) 259-9444 or rgalarza@scv-seniorcenter.org.
