Sam Dixon Clinics Looking for Patient Benefits Coordinator

sdfhc_logo_fullSamuel Dixon Family Health Centers Inc. seeks to hire an experienced Patient Benefits Coordinator.


Under the supervision of the COO or his/her designee, the Patient Benefits Coordinator is responsible for managing and ensuring that patient eligibility for SDFHC, state and federal healthcare programs is conducted. This includes staff liaison, liaison with healthcare programs, and SDFHC program development to facilitate access to health, disability and public assistance benefits programs for all patients.


Position will screen patients and enroll eligible patients in programs including Medi-Cal, Family PACT, Healthy Way LA, etc. Experience in program enrollment highly desirable.


Weekend and evenings may be required. Own transportation required. Fluency in Spanish required. Position available immediately. Salary depending on qualifications.


PLEASE NOTE: This is a grant funded position for twelve months. Continuation depends on funding.
