Revenue Helps Move Single Parents Forward
Under the direction of volunteer Margo Miller-Hudson, revenue from The Closet on Main will help fund Single Mothers Outreach programs and services and will also provide un/underemployed single parents an opportunity to learn retail management.
Hours of Operation
The Closet on Main will be open Monday – Saturday from 11:00 – 5:00, closed Sundays. The Closet on Main will be open until 7:00 p.m. on Thursdays for Farmer’s Market shoppers.
The Closet on Main customers will be served by a group of dedicated, friendly volunteers who want to make a difference in Santa Clarita. Contact DaAnne Smith if interested in joining the team.

With a mission to “empower single parents and their children by providing hope, support, and resources so families can become self-sustaining,” Single Mothers Outreach (SMO) directly helps singe parents find jobs, get educated, secure housing, stabilize their children’s emotional states, manage their finances and help one another. SMO is an independent organization that has helped over 2,200 single parent households to get back on their feet.
