The vacancy is for the position that represents the Valencia Water Co. customers. The current CLWA Board will appoint a qualified candidate to serve the remaining life of the term, which expires Jan. 5, 2015. This director position will be subject to public election as a member-at-large director in the November 2014 election.
The Board of Directors intends to interview finalists and to appoint an individual to fill the vacancy at its regular meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 13.
