A foreclosure sale has been scheduled for Jan. 23 to auction off the property occupied by Canyon Country Car Wash at the corner of Sierra Highway and Flying Tiger Drive, across the street from the city of Santa Clarita’s new Canyon Country Community Center.
According to the foreclosure notice, property owner Nutwood Avenue LLC has an unpaid balance of $2.5 million on a note secured by a deed of trust that has been assigned to Stewart Default Services of San Diego.
Unless the debt is cured prior to Jan. 23, the property will be auctioned off at 9 a.m. in Pomona.
