Single Mother’s Outreach children model costumes donated by Boston Scientific.
Today (Thursday) from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Savia Community Center, Single Mothers Outreach and the Domestic Violence Center of Santa Clarita families will receive a nice Halloween treat, thanks to Mike Bjorkman and his team from HomeSmart, and employees of Boston Scientific.
Bjorkman will deliver a truck full of pumpkins, and Boston Scientific has supplied supply Halloween candy and costumes to make this holiday one they won’t soon forget.
Bjorkman said families in need in the Santa Clarita Valley are invited to stop by and pick up a pumpkin, candy and-or costume. Savia is located in a shopping center on Newhall Avenue at Carl Court.
The generosity of these two businesses helps families retain their income for necessities and reduces the stress they feel in providing a memorable holiday for their children.
