Fox Sports has announced it will be televising two Foothill League football games in November, forcing SCVTV to make a change.
In its agreement with the CIF, Fox has the first right to choose the games it wants to televise on their Prep Zone website as well as their regional network. The Valencia vs. Hart game on November 1st will be televised on Prep Zone, with the season finale between Hart and Canyon on the Fox Sports regional network.
Therefore, SCVTV will modify its schedule accordingly. On November 1st, the Saugus vs. Golden Valley game will be televised by SCVTV, as will the West Ranch vs. Saugus game on November 8th.
All games telecast by SCVTV, Santa Clarita’s only local television channel, begin at 11 pm Friday nights and can be seen every day of the week on Time Warner Cable channel 20, AT&T U-Verse channel 99 and SCVTV.com.
