The City of Santa Clarita will hosted a ribbon cutting event Thursday to celebrate the completion of the Valencia Library Parking Lot Expansion project on the northeast corner of Valencia Boulevard and Magic Mountain Parkway.
The expansion project kicked off this summer, adding an additional 27 spaces to help ease parking congestion, while other improvements, such as new lighting, irrigation, landscaping enhancements, and an art installation, will enhance the visual appeal of the heavily used lot.
