Three guns were stolen from a home in Newhall on Monday, sometime between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
A resident noticed the guns were missing from his home in the 21100 block of Oakriver Lane, which is northwest of the intersection of Newhall Avenue and Sierra Highway.
The weapons were described as a Beretta handgun, a shotgun with a walnut stock and a black semiautomatic Ruger with a scope.
All three were properly registered.
