The second of three sessions that are being offered is TONIGHT, Thursday, Oct. 10, at 6:30 p.m. in the Arroyo Seco Junior High School multi-purpose room.
The third and final night will be Thursday, Oct. 15, at 6:30 p.m. in the Golden Valley High School theater.
Parents of students attending Hart School District schools and local elementary schools are welcome to attend, along with members of the community interested in learning more about this new initiative.
Michele Krantz, director of professional development and Dave LeBarron, director of curriculum and assessment will be presenting information about the background of the standards, the district’s implementation plan and discuss how students will be assessed for their learning.
There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.
